Our Philosophy 

Dukies Concept is a Real Estate development company dedicated to bespoke luxury projects, operating in Mallorca since 2014, founded by Charlotte & Fabien LEDUC. Since day one, our credo has been defined by the following principle: to look for special locations, places with a peculiar feeling and then design, build, decorate and furnish our projects exactly to our liking, without any concession to quality, whether apparent or hidden. From the choice of the land to the final finishing touches, we place ourselves from the owner’s point of view and try not to think as real estate developers. In the last few years, we have built several villas, with the intention to make each one unique. 

208 beaches and coves, 57 5-star hotels, 24 golf courses, 47 ports and marinas... It is also a destination not to be missed by hikers and cyclists.

It also boasts highly developed infrastructures (highways, hospitals, 15 international schools, air hub serving more than 80 international destinations, with 29 million passengers in 2019, 14 million tourists…).

Palma, the capital, is a true Mediterranean jewel, with intense cultural, gastronomic and festive activities. It is regularly cited in the world's top 3 cities offering the best quality of life.

Why Mallorca?

Because it is the biggest of the Balearic Islands and an absolutely unique spot in Europe.

This wonderful place has more than 40% of its surface in protected area, a mountain range (Serra de Tramuntana) classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a very pleasant climate, with 300 days of sunshine and mild winters.
